Instead of the traditional flowers, Mr. M opted for something fun and unique for his mom’s b-day present this year: track brass wall strips. I must admit to lusting after them myself… but I was hoping to make our own version, so they could be longer and fit the room perfectly. Then again, the process of buying brass and using a patina solution might be a bit much, or just the perfect weekend project.
