Christmas Eve:
pot roast via Mr. Crockpot & a pre-dinner cheese plate (featuring the wonderful cranberry Wensleydale), homemade peppermint ice cream
Christmas Morning:
Goat Cheese & Hashbrown Quiche, Chicken-Apple Sausage & normal pancakes
Christmas Dinner:
Turkey dinner with all the fixin’s, with Grasshopper & Pumpkin Pie & cookies for dessert
Boxing Day:
Leftovers before the morning shopping, and an amazing prime rib for dinner, with chocolate cherry cake for dessert
The 2nd day after Christmas:
Pear Pancakes (prior to the departure of our guests)
Please excuse me while I Wii-Fit and take Memphis for 40 walks a day during my week of vacation…. oh boy that was a yummy holiday!
