I just committed myself to baking an enormous amount (think at least 8, maybe 12 dozen) of cupcakes for a charitable event this April. While it’ll give me the chance to live out my cupcake baker dreams, I’m pretty certain I’ll be making at least 2 dozen cookie monster cupcakes.

Would 6 lbs work? I actually have the large size of ORANGE ones, so I knew instantly where to grab them! If only I was still 1 mile from the store and didn’t have to ship them!

HEY!!! I’m baking some too for the JLS event. Michelle and I are volunteering you to host a baking party for the three (four if Cathy comes) of us to have champie and bake!
Ooooh! Or we could have a decorating party? That might be easier… since it may take like 12 hours to bake that many cupcakes!
