Hmmm… My favorite “guiltless” meal would be Wendy’s Chili with a side salad. Cheap and filling, but not going to send me into a coma. I just have to keep away from the french fries and chicken nuggets, though!!!
I love the southwest salad at Applebees on their Weight Watchers menu – so delicious!
I love Zankou’s…they have the best chicken anywhere! The guiltless part would be me taking off the crunchy skin
I like the black bean burger…is it fair that I wouldn’t be “trying” it?
Chili’s Guiltless Black Bean Burger has always been my favorite
But I would love to try the Guiltless Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, I love Buffalo flavored stuff!
We have a chain here in Phoenix called “My Big Fat Greek Restaurant” with a yummy grilled chicken pita and side greek salad. That’s definately my favorite guiltless meal- filling, with tons of flavor!!
I’m a big fan of Macaroni Grill’s Skinny Chicken entree.
I love Qdoba! It’s my favorite place to eat, and if I get it “naked” I do believe it is healthy! I just love the chicken, the chili corn salsa, and the lime cilantro rice! It’s soooo good!
I like Applebee’s french onion soup on their WW menu. Also McDs Southwest salad is really good and the dressing with it isn’t even too bad for you. Thanks!
My favorite guiltless? Hmmm…that’s a tough one!! I’m with Allison and love anything Buffalo, so the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich would be right up my alley! I love Chilis (and always get their Buffalo Chicken Salad which is anything but guiltless!)
I like ordering steamed shrimp dumplings and hot & sour soup from P.F. Chang’s. I looked up the nutritional info for their salads once and they have some of the highest calories and fat on the whole menu…now I never assume that just because it’s a salad that it’s healthy, especially at chain restaurants. I’m excited about these Chili’s items, can’t wait to try them.
