[I'll be posting my weekly "weekday" menus online every week, both for inspiration (my searches through cookbooks) and motivation for me to keep it up. I usually keep our spending around $50/week if I do this... but it inflates itself if I play it day-to-day. Plus, I want to prove that it's easy to cook great "simple" meals for less than fast food... because the myth that healthy meals need to cost more is just plain silly.]

    • I will definitely share the recipes! I tried to create a fancy little linkable graphic yesterday, but had trouble slicing it up… but once I figure it out the graphic will be nice and clickable!
