ice cream week: mint chocolate chip

You won’t believe your tastebuds when you go ahead and try this delicious mint ice cream… and if you don’t LOVE mint, then I recommend you stay near the commercial variety of this ice cream rather than the homemade stuff. The magic of this recipe is really the combination of chocolate, with both semi-sweet and bitter, which makes the ice cream really fun. I’d dare you to try any of the gourmet dark chocolate varieties as well… as all of them would be amazingly good mixed into the cream.
