These look so delicious!! You got me when you said it’s with a cilantro mayo. I love cilantro!!!! So, I think I may try this tomorrow. Thanks for sharing the recipe. P.S. Are you using Sandwich Thins for your buns? It looks like it in the picture. If so, love, love, love sandwich thins. I use them nearly everyday!

Mmm! Sounds good! If it makes you feel better, my mom totally uses peanut butter for thai sauces, like for satay! I think it’s just peanut butter, coconut milk, fish sauce, and red curry!
