Last year, Mr. M and I seriously contemplated hopping the virtual pond to buy this newly released set of penguin classics (with jacket covers designed by Coralie Bickford-Smith) last year as a present for the M family from Waterstone’s… but the shipping and timing was quite off for a holiday delivery, so we passed on seeing these go to their literature-loving household.

On your recommendation, I purchased the Little Women all the way from the UK. I received it today, and… I love it; it’s stunning! I am giving it to my “Marmee” as a birthday present and I know she’ll love it!
