One of the most daunting tasks of being a homeowner is invariably making your home “yours.” When you’ve relied heavily on the style of IKEA or hand-me-downs… it’s hard to jump out of that box and find what YOU are really all about. Sometimes you can find it in the pages of a magazine or catalog… but many times those looks might be just you, but not at the price you want to pay.

That’s why I quickly bookmarked this page from Young House Love yesterday (a great, fun house decor blog if you need one), as it’s their go-to source list of stores that they use to find just about everything you need decorating wise! Sure, some of the locations are obvious, but it definitely creates a good short list for when you want to replace something and can only think of 2 places to visit.   And since all of their recommendations are budget friendly… it’s even more likely that you’ll be able to purchase goods that you covet!
