Our Valentine’s Day was pretty laid back. I made Mr. M some cookies for his return from a round of Ultimate pick-up, we ran some errands, and ended the night with 2 movies on the couch. It may not sound like much, but a relaxing day together before the impending chaos was truly a holiday gift!

And while I shared the Valentine’s that I made for the WeddingBee swap, I thought I’d share off the beautiful ones I got in the mail!

Cards are such a wonderful treat to receive in the mail — especially since each of these came on their own individual days! 
It was the perfect week of smiles!

Happy belated Valentine’s Day! I adore the last card — so bright and cheery!
I am in awe of the creativity and crafting skills of everyone who participates in the yearly card swap! (Which is part of why I never sign up. My cards would be such the sad, poor cousin by comparison. But it’s great fun to see the results from everyone else!)
