Over Christmas, I was the gleeful recipient of a subscription to Umba Box, thanks to a friend who loves Etsy and unique gifts!
Like other subscription packages, each month you receive a package with unknown treasures (valued at least $25) inside… all artisan-made and usually pretty darn cool. You can see the contents of my February box above: an art print, a necklace and a set of letterpress cards.
In January, I received this letterpress coaster calendar from Sugarcube Press.
Basically, it’s a pretty neat twist on the subscription box and a great gift to give when you want to curate goodies from etsy.com or a Renegade Craft Fair but lack the time (or perhaps all the cash at once).
And… as a bonus, their blog is a pretty outstanding way to find new and unique artists and gifts too!
Has anyone else tried out the Umba box for themselves or friends/family? What did you think about it?
