tutorial: easy to make baby legs (from socks)

.
Sure it may be way past stocking-season… but I felt like I had to find someplace to hang the newest socks in the house. What are they?? Why they’re baby legs/leggings of course! In stores they sell them for $12+ … and are the perfect little addition to onesies that keep babies warm where you don’t need clumsy pants for diaper changes. At home, you can make them from normal crew/knee-high socks and some thread for around $1-$2/pair! I made these three pairs from non-sale socks at Target for $6 and about 25 minutes of my time from start to finish.

So how exactly do you make baby legs? Well… there are lots of tutorials out on the web, but I figured I’d add to the madness and post a video that really shows what is going on rather than just a series of photos. :) Watch below and you’ll see just how easy it is!
