another trip to visit Remy’s parents…
On Saturday, we made another trip down to Emeryville to visit PIXAR Studio’s during their only “kinda open to the public” day with the whole family in tow. Last year, Baby M visited by proxy in my tummy, but this year she was able to play along and enjoy the whole place with us!
She had fun playing with Luxo, Jr. and his bouncing ball!
And sitting in the big giant Toy Story sized chair….
… hanging out with Luigi and the grandparents…
…giggling at Lotso (she hasn’t seen Toy Story 3 yet…. shhh… she thinks he’s a cute pink bear)…
… and pretending to be Boo with her pal Kitty.
We had a great time visiting the imaginerium that is Pixar and seeing friends and family as well!
We also got to see this little addition to the trophy case… it’s the Academy Award for UP!
Thank you Cartoon Art Museum for another splendid day, and we can’t wait to visit for the 8th Annual fundraiser next year!

So how did you guys get a tour of Pixar? Was it a friends and family invite of employees because I thought it wasn’t open to the public.

The Cartoon Art Museum holds an annual fundraiser at Pixar (this was year #7) — so you just buy tickets for the fundraiser and you get to go! :)
