After making our indulgent Bobby Flay recipe the week before, we had some extra prosciutto hanging around the fridge for snacking. Ironically, just as I was planning out my weekly menu at work during lunch hour, a colleague came by to share an amazing recipe she had just made the night before.
And guess what the ingredient was? Oh yes… prosciutto!
I only had to grab some fresh pasta and an orange at the market and this meal was ready to go at home… and let me just tell you how perfect and easy this was for a mid-week summer dinner! Well, that is, if you can resist snacking on the prosciutto and have enough to put in the pasta!
